Can't stand it. Looks way too Euro for a throwback car. I'd be willing to bet something in the Ford line-up in Europe has the same ****, like the Falcon or something.
I agree. I love the look of the Hurst. The stock one was too short and was way too far forward in 1st gear. It wasn't very comfortable to use either. The hurst is easy to grab onto the ball and just feels right. Stock was to chode like for me.

This is my Hurst Short Throw Shifter. I love it. I just realized there are three settings for the height and it is now currently at the low setting.
How do you adjust it? I don't see this mentioned in any of the install threads. It does seem in pics that there's a lot of variation in the height of the stick and also where the shift boot retainer sits on the stick.

Yup. I found the stock one very uncomfortable. With the Hurst, my elbow doesn't need to leave the arm rest.
