Jesus christ. Yes. Get some good motor mounts/torque limiters. Huge difference.

I am using stock shifter, and I havnt had this problem until recently.

well i have che k member and torque limiters......and im having the same problem.....it has to be the synchros...anything above 3500rpms makes a grinding noise unless you match the revs... rev match until you can get it serviced
