Yes, you can by a Tuner (a handheld computer that plugs into your car) and a Tune (the software program(s) inside the tuner that get downloaded into your car's computer) "off the shelf". I.e you can go to the Mustang Shop and buy it and it will work.

But Brenspeed and Bama can give you a better tune, one that is developed especially for the V6 and the BBK intake. Its a better choice.

They don't come cheap!

Yes, they aren't cheap.

But... If you can get a comparable price at a shop then use the included tune inside the tuner for your car, IF it has a tune made for the BBK intake.

You'll want to get a mail order tune from b@machips.com or brenspeed for better performance and engine safety, but a built-in tune inside a tuner for BBK intakes will work too...
