I have Roush rear springs, so I wonder if this slight loss of rake angles the fogs up enough to be too bright to oncoming traffic.

There is a procedure in the workshop manual about being a certain distance
back from a wall and drawing a line on the wall at a certain height and adjusting
the fogs to just below the line.
