The only thing Im aware of is that it holds its pressure better and longer. Less pressure loss over a long period of time. Less variation in pressure change due to temps.
Not really worth it imo.

Default UPDATE

Took my wheels off and they have no retaining clips! So, I can therefore elminate that problem. Rotated tires from front to rear and still have same problem. The last thing the tire tech said he can do is place a machine on each on individually and find out if one is bent/defective. Still curious if, there is a steering issue after replacing the steering wheel. Any thoughts?
