Just don't use Overdrive. I rarely use 5th gear on my manual GT because I have 3.31 gears. If I'm speeding and going over 75 or 80, then I'll use 5th, but then the rpms are out of the drone range.

I have SLP Powerflo's which are almost the same and I love them. If you are going to leave the rest of your exhaust stock I would say go with SLP loudmouths. To me, they are the best sounding axlebacks on a stock Mustang I have ever heard. You can't go wrong with the "Stinger" style axleback though.

I think I will go with the stingers. I've been searching the internet for the best place to order from. Can you guys point me in the right direction? I'm afraid of what I might get from e-bay. I am also ordering a cai/ tuner...probaly from bamachips. looks like a real good christmas this year. Thanks for the help.

i have the flowmaster they sound a little bit deeper than stock but i want more without being too too loud,i been thinking of getting the stingers have any of u guys made the switch from flowmaster axle back to stingers does it make a big difference.
