Totaled Mustang with Kenne Bell
I totaled my mustang with a Kenne Bell intercooled supercharger on it last week and the insurance company is refusing to give me any money for it. They did however say that I could remove it. I'm not going to be getting another Mustange becuase of what my insurance rates are going to do because it was my fault. Do you think I could sell it for enough to make it worth taking the time to remove it? It's all still in working order other then the heat exchanger and a few other parts that are mounted in the very front of the car. I just don't have any idea if anyone would even consider buying a s/c that's been in a car that was wrecked. Thanks for any responses or opinions.

I'm sure you could sell it easily if the other pieces are able to be bought from KB. I'd look up all the parts you need to make a complete kit and get pricing that way you can justify the price you are asking.

You could always sue the Insurance company witha small claim, you don't need a lawyer.
I've seen it done here in FL.
Unless you have an insane record, you should be able to work something out with them.
I could be wrong but it seems you gave up the fight already. Either way, good luck man.

Keep trying to get the insurance to pony up the money. That is why you pay them. Do you still have the reciept for it?
If not, you should be able to sell it. Like they said above, figure out what ther person that will buy it needs and go from there.

Insurance company won't replace it unless you told them about it before you wrecked it, cause you then would raise your insurance rates. They don't know bout mine either so if something happens I am screwed as well. But I couldn't afford the insurance if they knew bout it tho.[:'(]
