Default What you recommend

Hello,

Finally i make my choice and will order the CAI C&L Street and also the louvers im getting them from Brenspeed.

My question is what i need to tell them about the tune ?

What the next mod you recommend for the mustang to feel it more stable no curves and make it turns in high speed ?

Thanks

as far as the tune, they need your pcm code. go to brenspeed.com under the tech tab and there are instructions and pictures on how to locate the correct number. they also need to know what mods you allready have, what octane is available in your area, and if theres anything i forgot i'm sure they will call or e-mail you for it.

as far as handling, eibach pro kit springs, strut tower brace, and a good set of tires will get the job done.

Brenspeed will send you three tune, 87,89, 93. You need to tell them about any performance mods you have. I would recommend Tokico D-Spec adjustable shocks and struts, Eibach Pro spring kit, lower control arms and upper control arm for the cornering.

The Mustang comes stock from the factory set up to understeer -- upgraded swaybars will improve the handling significantly, but if you change the bias toward a more neutral set up, you run the risk of the power causing the rear end to move out, so you need to be more careful and/or skillful. I upgraded my rear swaybar only for about $125, and I am very pleased with the results.
