REPLACING STOCK HEADLAMP BULBS

RE: REPLACING STOCK HEADLAMP BULBS
IMO- swapping out the bulbs is a great investment.
They do shine brighter, whiter and further. I would not call them cheap for the size of them but they do change the look of the beam quite a bit.
We swapped out the driving lamps, and both sets of fogs. (top and bottom) the difference is night and day. Not only do they serve a purpose by helping you see better and see more, they look great. When I can I will find and post the before and after pics of all the bulbs. For now here is the shot of the lower bulbs only. When looking at them back to back the stock bulbs just look dingy and nasty compared to the hyper white bulbs. The stock bulbs look exactly like the old bulbs in my 2000 pickup, just old and this is on a new car? In this pic below they look a tint blueish but in person they are not, they are just really really white.
Why Ford did not add these from jump is beyond me. (well not really, cost) We also have an SUV Lincoln/Ford and the strange thing is that the driving lights came with these cool bulbs new but the fogs did not?? When ever we were behind a truck or something where I could see the reflection of the lights I hated seeing how white the driving lights looked on top of the brownish looking fogs. Yes we swapped those out too.
Merry Christmas everyone.

Thanks Will. Wait until you see the night shot of the lights.. Woohooo do they look good, I never get tired of looking at them. The part # listed IS correct.
H13ST for drving lights
9145ST for the fogs
Also an earlier poster asked "how long do they last" They are listed at 10,000 hrs I believe.
Later.
