what should i say. i set up an appointment and they said if there is an impact spot they cant help me but if it just cracked by itself they will replace it. both fog lights crack at the same time... when its really cold here, no rock chips or anything anywhere else.. how can they tell if its caused by impact...

I'll say it again, like you guys have heard mesay a million times...Those of you who are worried about cracked light, fog or headlamps, or who have them, or chips in your front end...3M CLEAR BRA!!! [sm=icon_quiet.gif]I have it installed on my headlamps and fog lights, no chips or cracks, the stuff really works.
Thats in the event the lense was damaged by road debris...

yeah but im the only person i have found with an s197 and even a single cracked fog or head light....

Perhaps someone purposly cracked them!? I mean if there is no other road damage, maybe you pissed someone off or they were jealous and broke them.

i know. (no one i have pissed off, either at work or with my girlfriend the last couple months) but i did leave my car outside for the past week rather than in the garage. i just hope ford will be nice and help me out i guess theres nothing else i can do
