So, I'm driving west on N I75 today from Miami back up to Tampa, and the car just starts to pull hard left. SH$T I say to myself and pull over. Yup flat tire. No problem, I threw the jack and stuff back in the car for the trip. (Usually not in the car). So I get everything out and low and behold... I FORGOT MY LUG KEY!!!! Roadside assitance came and towed me to a shop who was able to pound on a socket to get the lock nut off. But 5 hours and $75.00 later I was able to restart my trip home and pass the same spot for a second time for the day...

Wheel locks only keep honest people honest thats it. If they want it their going to get it somehow

I've had 4 Mustangs, I have 4 sets of locking lug nuts in the drawer. First thing I did was take those da-ned things off. I have good insurance.

Im with you guys on tossing the wheel locks away.
But I just bought new rims and decided to get locks for them, lol.
Stock wheels no, nice aftermarked ones i guess.

We were able to air up the tire long enough for me to drive it up the ramp. No scrape. The guy said that he could barely see light under it. Got lucky...
