I've known very good tuners be very hard to reach, sometimes, almost impossible to the point where u would wonder how they make money in the first place. But most are stand up guys and one-man business type tuners, which is VERY hard to do, esp if u're known to be good. Doug is not the only one, theres many tuners out there that dont have the extra support to keep everyone happy.

PS. i've been calling every day to try discuss and buy a 3 tune refill. Emailed, but to no avail.

I received a "tweaked" filter in my order thanks to UPS. After I popped it out the wire was slightly kinked (filter was still 100% functional). I mentioned it in passing to Doug thinking he might try something a little different to keep it from happening again. To my suprise I received a brand new S&B 4" Filter in the mail. A $50 item I didnt even ask for. Doesnt sound like hes to broke to go out of his way for a customer. This was only a few days ago.

PS He normally does dynos at the shop on Saturday. But I cant guarantee that he will be their this Saturday.

Edited to add: I sent an email to Doug on the 2nd around 1:00 PM about my X3 crash (SCT had to fully reprogram it remotely) and received a response on the 3rd at 6:03 PM. He stated he would be emailing the 2 files I lost in my X3 Crash on the 4th.
So he is attempting to to service his customers the best he can in a difficult situation.
