Default How to contact Doug?

I need to contact Doug from Bamachips because the CAI and tuner that I bought isn't working. His phone number isn't on the website and I haven't heard anything from my e-mails??

I'm waiting on my cai/tune that was ordered 12/21. Tried to call him today with no answer or answering machine. I know he is a one man operation which has to keep him busy....but thisaffectshis businessnegatively when someone needs customer service. I thought hard about this before I ordered from him, and opted to go with him because people have talked about how good his tunes are for automatics.I'm sure once you reach him he willtake care of the problem.

Doug is a great guy, I bought a tuner from him for my FRRP CAI...I messed things up because I did not follow directions, thought it was his fault...called him about 5 months after I bought it, explained the situation, he told me to send the tuner back to him to resolve it, less than 3 weeks later I get it back and everything is working EXCELLENT!

You should have received his business card with the order, it has his number on it.

Few e-mails I've sent have gotten responses within a couple days. His service/quality is worth the wait!

Doug’s internet and phone are down and it will be next week before the phone company gets it back. He is trying to answer e-mail form his laptop when he finds a WiFi hotspot. Be patient till everything is back to normal.

WHAT!? Are you serious... omg I got my intake 3 months ago and every single time I find time and plan to go down (I live an hour away) something happens to stop it!
I freaking swear, I hope he sees my e-mail before Christmas break is over! [:@][:@][:@]
I WANT MY TUNE! lol, people are always talking about the dramatic improvement and how it's like a whole 'nother car!
Do you know if he is still working even though everything is down? Would he still be able to download my tune on the tuner and install it?
And does anyone know if he is at his shop on the weekends?

What the hell, is he having money problems and can't pay his bills? [&:]
That doesn't bode well for doing business with him if that is the case.

He is not having any business problems this is the @#%^^ phone company problem. I just got an e-mail from him with an upgraded tune so he is still trying to get everything done. You can read the post here. \http://forums.bradbarnett.net/showthread.php?t=75543

You can’t do better than Doug for someone to work with just give him some time.
