If this is a purchased kit wouldn't it be engineered to fit without this problem. Ask the people where you bought the kit.

that first picture is holding your upper control arm bracket to the car, so no.

Instead of removing bolts, why not modify your rear seat delete by raising it up or removing material from it where the bolts are, assuming there is enough material to remove.

My rear seat delete kit will not sit flush because these screws are in the way. Is it safe to remove them so it can sit flush?
