Yup, mine are black too. Funny thing is, I never even paid attention to it until I read your post. I supposed to go to the dealer this week for a couple of minor things, think I will ask about it.

Rear Panels are BLACK!
If you read the description carefully in the Options List. It clearly states only the front panels.
Ordering my car, I also had my dealer order me the Vinyl Dye kit to make the rear panels match. (Dealers need these for repairs.)
Don't get me wrong... I can't wait to get my Stang, and have had several Fords in my lifetime. But items such is that, do frustrate the heck out of me about Ford, as Ford lately, never quite completely finishes any design task. I guess it is a way to save a penny on the bottom line.
