Default Ran my auto at the track

I made a few passes even though the car has a code and is leaning out like crazy. First pass was with the stock air cleaner and stock tune... 14.65 @ 97.

The next pass was with the Steeda CAI and SCT flash... 13.72 @ 100.34.

The car is at the dealer and will be worked on tomorrow to fix the problem and I will take it back to see the result. I expect low 13's if not 12.90's. Will post when I re-run.

Impressive numbers. I like it. I wouldn't expect that much of a difference on air/fuel ratio issues, you're not forced induction it likely wont have that much effect. Question: whats the 60's? how much was tire spin? how did you launch?

First, yes I had the UD's and the gears on both runs. The car had a best 60 ft of 2.04. Now if you could feel what my car is doing with or without the flash you would understand why I feel it will pick up. When my car leans out it is like your pushing on the throttle and it wont go anywhere. When this happens it makes a loud growle through the aircleaner and vibrates the car. I'm not taliking about a little lean. It's like someone turned the fuel off. You have to push through the bad part and then you only get a little more fuel. Thats why I only got a 14.65 out of it with gears and UD's. I have almost 10,000 miles on mine so I think it's broken in. The car just a few 100 miles ago used to lay you in the back seat and pull all the way to 6000. Now it just lays down. I'll repost after they fix the problem. OH and tire spin? It wont even turn the tires over even with the re-flash so that should tell you something about how bad the problem is.

Well that would be awesome if you hit low 13's or high 12's. I wish you the best of luck. That 60's actually fairely decent doesn't sound like it bogged too horridly off the line because of your A/F. It's also temperamental apparently, I know the feeling actually.. I had a ghetto rigged intake on my car and when the filter would fall off (haha daym thats bad right?) it would do the same thing sometimes.

You need to run that beast as soon as its out of the shop, If those are accurate times i'm amazed at that auto tranny.

It is definitely high 12s. I ran mine with my parts and the stock tune. I found out today that I had not loaded the tune right. I was running 9.0 through the 1/8 with 2.23 60 fts. I would have hit high 13s if we had run the quarter. Now with the tune better I should be able to run low to mid 13s. Stock I have heard people running 13.6-13.8. I still think I am going to get it dyno tuned so it will be perfect.

You may want to make sure the tune includes the intake. Do you have the tune for the intake or just the tune for the stock motor? With the Steeda you get more HP with the extra fuel added to the tune.
