Default Long time for the SCT Xcal2?

Well I understand Christmas just passed as well as Sunday but I was wondering if it usually takes this long to configure and send out the Xcal2. My order date was on 12/31/07. I havn't recieved any tracking info. I did however recieve an email asking for my mod list and a reply from that list with "thanks" so I'm guessing my tunes are still being written?[&:] I guess I'm tune hungry. :-P

Who did you order it from? Brenspeed? They stay pretty busy. It took them a couple of weeks to do the tunes for my car a couple of months ago, and they're probably even busier now because of the holidays. If it is Brenspeed, you can call them (574-594-9559) and ask.

Yeah, Brenspeed. Wow, I didn't think it would actually take that long but I can wait.

There's no doubt that brenspeed to a decent job but their poor reaction times are well documented on this board. One day he'll employ somebody to answer the phones/email. Until then................ <snore>

It will be worth the wait. My car is a whole different animal with the 93 tune. Once you load it, there's no going back.

Brenspeed was great for me, I called up and he said they were busy, so the tune might take a few days, but I requested they send me my parts and email me the tune...Then they said we'll get it all done today for ya, so you don't have any issues through the email...got it shipped the day I called...TUNE ROCKS!

When I sent my SCT to Brenspeed, it came back so fast it was like I threw a boomerang. But it wasn't during the Holiday Season. Anyway it's well worth the wait, remain calm, you're in good hands.
Thanks, Brent.
