For the OP, and to be back on topic, your car looks great already.
I started withlooks first, mostly because I'm into bodycustomizing, so appearance is tied to my living.
My wife wanted a sixer (now, she regrets) and I didn't care at the time since it's her car.
I figured Ican still make this car look great and enjoy that.

The GT 500 look is worth it if you really want it...
I mean, do you really let others think your car for you?
Besides the bumper, the rest of the parts are cheap (or reasonable)actually.
The problem is, you'll have to buy a bunch of parts since nothing interchange.
If you were to buy a completeGT front end vs a GT500 one, the difference in price would be around $300, if that.

Everyone that has done the conversion is not going back to anything else, so I say yes, it's worth it.
The real question is : Do you have the dough for it?
Some on this forum will tell you that it's not worth it because they can't afford that mod. Not because they don't like it, big difference... To those I say: Go buy a Civic and and come back here when you mature enough so you can post something smart.

Your car would look sick with the GT500 front end. Go for it.

do it! this is my philosophy...i buy a performance part, then i buy a look good part, and repeat over and over. then at the end, you got a nice balance. your ride looks pretty sweet as it is though.

i would go with a CDC classic, get it painted with silver stripes and call it a day...

in my opinion the gt500 conversion is not worth it. not bashing anyone.. i just would spend my own money elsewhere... i guess that makes me appreciate others cars more. becuase, i would not spend the money myself.

haha.....see pascal you are willing to pay 1700-2000 on the gt500 front but not 900 on the HIDs.....for me i would rather spend 1100 on the roush front and if i was to do the HIDs i would get 2008+ factory ones for 900....but i am not getting HIDs so I have 900 for my hood purchase instead

Its all in perspective.....some think spending 100 on appearance is a bad idea while others spend 10k+.....as long as you like it then that is all that matters.....but please, no cobra emblems
