Default Camber Bolts and Adjustment

I plan on installing my Roush front springs and struts this weekend, but I was wondering what to do about camber adjustment.
Is the camber something I can adjust myself with camber bolts, or is it something I should let the tire shop do.
I'm also getting tires mounted on my new rims Friday, so maybe if I get the springs/struts done before I get the tires done they can adjust my camber.
How exactly do camber bolts work?
I'm not familiar with the front suspension, but I have seen TacoBill's spring installation post.
Do they replace factory bolts or are they used in addition to the factory strut bolts?
Also, if I do get the tire shop to adjust my camber, can they do it with their tools, or would I need to purchase camber bolts prior to visiting the tire shop?

Thanks in advance for all the info.

since u r getting it done this weekend, call the tire shop and c if they have the correct camber bolts in stock. they can install with the alignment and adjust to specs. I had mine set at -.75 degrees.

I read somewhere that it's a good idea to wait a week or two after spring installation before getting the camber adjusted so the springs have time to settle some. Does this sound right?

Yes and no. Take your car in to have the alignment checked/done right off the bat. Make sure they have some sort of warranty like 30 days in which they can fix it if it's out of spec. Then take it back in a couple weeks and have them fix it if needed for free.

Your suspension (springs) will settle after any work done on it.
