ordered from them twice and both times i got a tracking number the same day and got the item in two days. maybe your item was out of stock and they are waiting for a shipment.

check your email for a tracking number. it will tell you where it is, and if the items have even left

+1 on a tracking #. I know i ordered my rims from them December. 19 and didn't get them until January 3. But i know their was aholliday between that so yeah. check your tracking number from your email.
