Yea it definatly looks like a shaker hood. You need to have any used car looked at for any problems. If you aren't a mechanic then take it to an independent garage to have it looked over real well. It may have been previously wrecked, flooded, or just abused. Do not just trust the seller. If it all checks out then it may be a good deal.

You see the trouble with sticking badging on cars? Perps say confusion doesn't happen, but that's BS.
If you want to pose that's cool, but take them damn badges off when you sell !! [:@]

Check the install on the Shaker, as if not done right could lead to future problems (rust, leaks).
Bring a hair drier and some fishing line to remove the fake badges, as well as the dealer's silly sticker! I like the GT500 fake gas cap, but it might have to go... do they have the stock one?
Check the exhaust pipes. They don't appear to be lined up properly in the cut outs of the lower facia. Did it get rearended? Maybe that's why the new gas cap...
Check the inside of the trunk for the install of the ducktail spoiler. Did they cover and plug the stock spoiler's holes?
It looks like a very clean car and with automatic, IUP, side air bags, it sounds like a great price. Interior looks brand new
But beware of a dealer calling himself the "King of Price"!!!

The mis alignegned eshaust pipes on the 05's are normal. I've seen a lot of cars like that, including mine.
An 05 with 5.7K miles is an excellent find. A trick I learned when shopping for muscle cars is to look inside the rear wheel well. If there is a lot of burnt rubber stuck to the back of the wheel well, the car's been beat.
Overal, it looks like a great find at a very good priice.
