I'm really sorry about your car and the apparent reaming you're taking over the accident. I don't have an opinion about the accident, but I do feel your pain over having a wrecked stang. Take care and get it fixed asap. It will make you feel better to see your car whole again.

Sorry this happened to you but sometimes you do what you think is right and it goes all wrong. No way the cops could say how fast the VW was going so they had to look at the obvious facts. You had a stop sign, he didn't. Like it or not, they made the only decision they could.
