Default Question 4 Stangers w/OEM-Navigation

For the ones who have the factory Nav unit, for safety reasons some of the features are automatically disabled when the car is moving. Has anyone figured a way to bypass this safety feature so at least the passenger can do 'searches' while the vehicle is moving??????

Depends what system you have. Who makes your Nav system or which system are you considering?
