Default First 2 mods of 2008 are done!

I think the new license plate bracket really set things off don't you?

The installer had trouble with the stripes. He said they weren't cut even and took artistic license to change how they come down the side. They're supposed to overlap the door by a little bit. I think I'm glad they don't here.

Next question. What color pinstripes to outline them in. Red is the easy answer. How about a Ford blue or dark blue? Orange? Purple?

I'm not sure about those stripes, are they painted on?

It's the Foose inspired kit from BaltimoreStreetMods. I don't think I'll be painting anytime soon. This is the second stripe kit I've had on. The first, basic rally stripes, didn't thrill me much. I like this one much better. We'll see if they stand the test of time in my mind. Not until that happens will I risk painting something on that I can't change.

The stripes don't seem to match up with the front of the hood very well, same with the doors. They're different.

Yes. It is Winter here in Wisconsin. Summer rubber will be back on in April maybe.

The stripes do measure up. Maybe looks odd from the angle. That was the biggest reason I had a pro do it this time. Everything measures exactly. Perfectly flat and no air bubbles.
