Yea that is good. Normal insurance for a sports car at our age runs around $2K-$4K a year...depending on state etc. My insurance was around $2500 a year in texas, but when I moved out to Cali, it more than tripled. I couldnt afford it, so I have no collision coverage and it is still $4500 a year. Luckily I got a good amount of money from relatives for the holidays and now have a steady job. My parents and I split my insurance 50/50 while I pay for the entire car and all gas expenses
