mid muffler and 4" ds? will it work?

mid muffler and 4" ds? will it work?
I am just starting to look closely at the different driveshafts available for our cars only some have talked of clearence issues if lower etc. Well my car is lowered 1.5" and i have the Pypes mid muffler system... will the mid muffler system cause issues w/ the driveshaft??
