OK, I have had my Whipple installed for a few days now and must let everyone know that it has been amazing!! I was going to put in a centrifugal unit, but the performance shop I go to suggested using a twin screw for a wider overall power band, and they were dead right. I cannot get over how the car drives. It feels like a V12 was dropped into the engine compartment.

The guys at PSI Motorsports just south of Houston did an amazing job, includinga custom tune,and the fit and finish of the kit couldn't be any better. I'm now a huge Whipple fan. If you are thinking of a supercharger, I would give this kit a serious look. If you are in the market in Houston for performance installations and tuning, give PSI Motorsports a call.

Sorry, I forgot the audience. The high pulls were just above 470 RWHP. The car is set at 446 at the wheels. I had PSI do a custom tune with an SCT tuner, and I couldn't be happier. Patrick at PSI told me that there was a LOT more in the tank if I wanted it, and a change to some higher output injectors would take it almost as high as I want to go.

I drive the car every day so asked fortune that would be easy on stop and go driving. I will move the car to the weekends only next year, and when I do that I am going to change out the injectors as suggested, and put some stronger internals in with a total rebuild.

It's a blast to drive!!
