So this is all happening during intitial startup after having the motor apart and replacing internal parts?

Has the engine run long enough for you to properly heat cycle it?
Yes

Nope

Hoping its a ground problem because then that will be easy haha the car is CURSED!
You're playing with fire IMO - get the problem figured out before running it - you want to be on the rich side when doing the initial startup. As bad as running lean is in general it is much worse to do so whengetting those new parts broken in.

Find a shop in your area to help you out if you need to!

Uhaul recomends that you use boards to help raise the front end when loading on their trailors.

I dont what Mod's you have. But your air fuel mixture should be in the 12's to be running safe. At 15 or 16 your running so lean your going to melt your plugs. Your air fuel mixture shouldn't spike at high RPM's if it's tuned properly.
He's refering to the air/fuel at idle.

hey dex what altitude is your tune set for?

really sounds like the tune isnt callin for enough fuel or your fuel system is messed up. shouldnt run too lean at idle. you sure you have the mafia set right? i would make em givve you a new tune then go from there.
