Waxing is quite easy Noober...wax on, wax off...simple enough
I liked your old avatar! Unless you work for them or are owned by them (which looking at your car, you may very well be...) leave your old saleen car avatar up!
I have to be in association with the company so my account doesnt get red flagged and banned like it almost did previously...I have had that avator for like 9 months, time for a new one ...There is nothing on my car that says HCM on it lol

I Iced mine yesterday. It was 17* outside. Got home, parked in garage for 1 hours to let frozen water bubbles soften. Toweled off. Put ICE on car and rims. Good to go for another 4 months.

if that system works for you and you're happy with it, OK. However, didn't see anything in there about claying or polishing/paint correction prior to waxing. You might want to post/read posts on the detailing section of the forums to get some more comprehensive ideas.
I agree there is way way more to a good detailing than this. But like he said if this works for you and your happy with the results then keep it up good work. And doing these steps every 3 days is a complete waste of your time and is not needed.

lol wasn't expecting this many haters. well to each his own. i do plan on claybarring the car but just not yet.

if my method doesn't appeal to you, you can always check the deatailing section for a more "comprehensive" method.

R3velation, your method is good for a simple wax...The only thing I criticize is that you wax it too much. If you are **** about waxing, do it once a month. Normal waxing should be performed 3, maybe 4 times a year.

Noober, Meguiars headquarters is in Irvine and they do a really good class, I actually just got home from it. They have a forum page you can sign up on.

+1

Yup, he left out the clay bar. (very important.)

I use a 6"orbital buffer to put the wax on and to remove the wax. I use a micro cloth, put the micro cloth on the car and set the buffer right in the middle of it....does a great job.

I'm a freak about my car too. I may be the only nut case on the forum that actually washes the under side of the car.
