Stupid Noob Saleen Question
 

So from reading around here, I originally got the impression that Saleens were a special type of mustang, like a Shelby or a Bullitt.

BUT...after reading some more, it seems that Saleens are a special type of SuperCharger?

Which impression is right? Or are they both wrong? [8D]

Saleen is a brand like Roush or Shelby. Saleen makes the Saleen Supercharger, which goes into some of the Saleen mustangs they make. [/align]

there is a saleen car and a saleen supercharger. The Saleen is sorta like a Roush, Shelby...being that there is a handful made.

supercharger is just a good reliable supercharger
