If you have 3.31 gears, a gear set and headers will get you down the track in about the same time as a CAI and save you a little at the gas pump.

Nitrous is best bang for buck but not the easiest to do by any means....you should do the CAI/tune first

just because somebody told you to add stickers to your car and that it will increase HP, and you decided to believe them and make your saleen look like a silly cop car doesnt mean it's actually true, and it doesnt mean you should tell other people so you feel better about yourself.....

I thought the UDP was the best bang per buck, versus spending $600 for a CAI + tuner

The Steedas are good for 10HP - $200
The CAI and tuner are about $600 and good for about 30HP - $600

It's pretty close and obviously the CAI + tuner is going to give you better gains, but with limited funds the UDP is a great way to start.

Hey, this could get interesting and really mathematical. We will now discuss mods in terms of $ dollars per HP. So,CAI/tune is around $500 (i don't go for pretty, just function) and it gives 30 HP then that is $16.67 per HP

UDPs about 5-7 HP at $200 so that's anywhere from $20-$40 per HP. Heck,that's supercharger territory

if the decisions were only based on this then we'd all be on the bottle but that's short term power

Stickers maybe, butfor sure if you put GT500 badges on, you'll beway faster.
