Vaccum Leak. Any ideas?

I finally got my car to idle and now its still sitting at 16 A/F. There is a vaccum leak because the gauge is telling me 10vac when it should be at 20. I unplugged the gauge and the BOV, plugged up the hose and the car still ran the same. The only place I didnt check was the wastegate but it looks to be snug on it.

Where else could there be a leak? This may be some of the reason it says its running lean but it sure smells like its rich as hell. Only reason I know its lean is because the wideband says so and when i rev it it goes down to the 15's.

If there isn't any obvious signs then I'd suspect that the Inlet manifold gasket isnot seating. Have you had the manifold/block/heads refaced?

BTW Dex, please remove that dead youtube link from your sig, I find myself checking it everytimeI see your posts to see if it's been changed LOL
