I'm planning on replacing my front speakers in my shaker 500 setup. I've already deleted my rear speakers and installed a sub in the trunk.

So far, I've mostly seen people installing 6x8 infiniti's. I think one person installed some MB Quarts compenents.

My goal is to power the speakers with the Shaker HU for now, and install an amp for them later. I also plan on replacing the door subs at that time.

I have the ability to fabircate a flat metal plate to hold components speakers if there is a set which is highly recommended and can work in my application.

My price range is $100 for coaxials and $200 for components.

For frontcomponents i went with boston sl80 thier the best out there.

Rockford and Polk Audio DB series make great speakers/subs that require low power but give full robust bass and clear mids and highs for the stock HU...IMHO.....J

Look at getting some of these if you want components in your doors. I have a set of Boston Acoustics SX50s (maybe 60s) in there and they sound great!
