I dunno... My rear end whips out under hard accel...... Seems like a result of hard driving, not something being wrong. But I hope your investigation turns out to fix your problem.

Not sure if you read all the post, but it was an issue with the bushing on an LCA. BMR sent out a batch of LCAs that had bad bushings. They are sending me new ones. The way the car was riding definently did not feel normal, nothing like the rear end getting loose on a fish tail.

Also, for anyone that has purchased BMR LCAs the past few monthes or so, you may want to keep an eye on the bushings to make sure you didn't get some made with the bad batch.
