Default Good "glue"/adhesive for plastic?

To put a long story short, I pulled out my air vents to replace them but the one of the far right of the passanger completely broke off. It doesnt look bad and isn't noticeable but it is a bit wobbly and needs to be glued down. Whats good for this?

I've used silicon caulk for things like this.

if I break plastic parts, I use a 2 part plastic weld epoxy from most parts stores. It's one of those dual syringes that you squirt out what you need, mix it up, and apply it. As long as you don't get too sloppy you can hide just about anything. It basically chemically melts the plastic back together. My mom closed her seatbelt in the door of her old car a couple days before she traded it in and cracked the door panel in 2 places. I took the panel off, used this plastic weld stuff from the inside, and you couldn't tell anything was broken from the outside when I re-installed it.

+1 on the 2-part epoxy. I've tried many, many different glues over the years for different applications and the epoxy is bestwhen you have two parts that need to bond without any "give", i.e. it has zero flexibility. It dries rock hard and is clear. But the pieces you are bonding can not move during the curing process and you need to be really careful with the application, its a bit gooy and likes to leave long "strings" when you pull the applicator away, kind of like cheese does on a hot pizza.

Don't try "super glue" or something like that, that stuff is awful.

I am voting on the epoxy as well. I have used multiple glues as well and epoxy is just how Argonaut explained it.
