I didn't even consider buying a mustang until I saw the production 2005 roll out. [sm=yikesomg.gif]
The S197 has alot more class than previous models.
The new edge reminded me of "just an ol' ford" redneck kinda car.

Except termies, they look WAY better than the6s and GTs.

Had an 87' GT Fox. Loved that car. When the SN95's came out I was a bit depressed. It appeared that Ford was moving ina new direction with the Mustang (they even considered a Mazda FWD model until folks screamed bloody murder).

When the New Edges came out I was enthralled once again with the mustang. I find those the most appealing mustangs since the classics. I REALLY like that wide body look.

After hearing of the S197 I was really interested again... New drivetrain, new suspension, stiffer body, all new car. Glad I waited for the 07' model.

Imo the s197 is the best looking Mustang ever made besides the 67 fastbacks

i agree, i think the old fastbacks are the BEST looking cars ever created, and i didnt like any mustangs untill the 2005+ were shown, and then i fell in love with it, i could have gotten a new edge GT but the 2005+ stangs are so damn sexy, and the interior is 10x nicer
