For those of you that have aftermarket hoods or just know....I'm thinking about getting one and have two questions.

What is the average cost (I'm not looking for the cheapest $ figure) run to paint the hood?

The only stripes I have are the Cal Special stripes right now and I've been thinking about doing something even if it's just racing stripes. Would you recommend getting the striping painted on the hood when I bring it in? The remainder of the car striping would probably be vinyl. My only thought is that I don't like waxing vinyl and paint is more durable. I'm trying to determine if this is a good or dumb move.

if the rest of the car is goin to be vinyl then i would do therest that way to you gotta do the same thing either paint it on or have the vinly put on
