I love how whenever someone has any troule with a CAI and tune...all the people who are stock get a little shot in.....they just dont know what they are missing!

These things are just toys. Don't mess with it if you can't afford to have it break. I'm not upset as much as I am anxious. I can't wait to drive it again. I'll keep you posted about what happens with the fuses and possibly the newPCM this weekend.

Let's see, not being able to drive my car and possibly having to spend an additional $687.00 for repairs? I'll leve with that any day. I reach the same speeds you all do, just not as quick. What's a couple seconds anyways.

especially for a DD....the way the CAI and tune wakes up the care is amazing....have you ever ridden in a tuned 05+ yet? Its another level from stock IMO. 95% people have no problems at all...other 4.5% get them worked out pretty easily and .5% throw in the towel i would say because they give up to easily IMO.

Just dont knock it til you try it!

It's funny because it's no different with the type of vehicle. The head in the sand approach is too common now a days.

I'm not knocking it, but it makes you feel good when you don't have to worry about crap breaking/failing.

You car will break with or without the CAI/tune, they are very safe mods that cannot really harm the engine at all
