Brights and fogs at the same time

RE: Brights and fogs at the same time
please try turning your fogs on in your garage. They dont just shine down...they will light up the wall higher than the headlights.

No they don't. Turn yours on and off at night and you will see they're limitations. 30 feet at most and down too.

The problem with fogs is that they shed light in almost every direction.
The headlights are directed downwards towards the road, that's why the fogs are annoying at night.

you're a big *** nuke[8D]
but legit i drive with my fogs on 24/7.... i read some stat that said ppl who drive with lights on during day are some amount less likely to get in an accident, and that was enough justification for me, plus i like my fogs

RE: Brights and fogs at the same time
Just a point of clarification...aren't fog lamps supposed to be located as close to the ground as possible, for example not on the same level as the normal headlamps? To me these seem more like driving lights that may need to be adjusted on a case by case basis because it seems that some tend to point straight ahead or even upwards slightly.
That being said I drive with mine on at night (because it does look badass) but I have checked to make sure they do not aim into oncoming drivers' eyes and I have only been flashed once or twice.

No need to. I can do the test in actual driving situations. You can tell where the main body of light is going.

W is the 12 tap in the power distribution box under the hood.
X is for the fod indicator on the GT headlight switch.
Y is ground to turn on the fog relay.
Z is hooked to the high beam wire.
Flash to pass =s fogs and high beams.
High beams on =s fogs on, regardless of fog switch position.
