Default Adjusting the hood catch?

If anyone can describe what I should be looking for as far as the "catch" goes, and how to adjust it, it would be greatly appreciated. PICS?

I am having problems with the hood shaking at speeds above 80 mph. This weekend when I was driving on the interstate at about 85, the hood suddenly popped open. The safety latch caught, but it scared the s**t out of me and my wife. I have since adjusted the stops after reading about it here, but I have not had a chance to take it on the interstate to test it.

I will also try the weatherstripping advice if needed.

Default RE: Adjusting the hood catch?

Interesting...I am a new owner andwas wondering why I practically had to slam my hood down with great pressure to get it to close...guess I won't worry about it if there's a chance of it shaking and popping open!
