Does anyone know where I can get a set of black hood pins? I don't think chrome would look good with black wheels and black stripes. I found a picture, but I don't know if these are available or not. Plan on emailing Shelby tomorrow and asking.

I ordered and received the same set a few weeks ago. I have not installed them yet because I am still waiting to get a few things worked out with my hood, but they look real nice when I set them in place. Nice, those are exactly what I want.Would love to see how they look on your hood. Are they gonna be on the grey or on the black portion of your hood?

Either I'm going blind or my computer is crazy cause that's the second thing I've been called out on tonight for just blatantly not seeing it on a web page hahaha.Thanks for the link!

I tried sitting them on the black just in front of the scoops, but it looked weird. here are a few pics of where I tried sitting them. I think I am set on the ones in the first pic where they are further out. Glad I could help with the link. I had the same problem finding them on the website, it will only show up if you search on their site using the correct part#.The third pic is in a seperate reply below, it would not let me post 3 of them, say too large.

I just got those too. I have had the cheap chrome looking ones from autozone, then I ordered the black ones from joe heck racing then said F it and got these ones. you put these besides the others they look like there on steroids. No hood pin even comes close to them. worth the 100 IMO

I've heard that you can also get the black hood pins without the shelby lettering on them, but I haven't seen them yet.

Hmm..I have the same set but without the Shelby on them. They are @ the powdercoaters as we speak getting powdercoated black.

I'm afraid I don't like any of those locations for the black hood pins on the custom hood.
I think it'd look best without pins.

Does it shake as much as the stock aluminum hood?

I am definitely going to look into those pins though
