it's the interior upgrade pkg....i dislike it very much...unless it's the charcoal weave dash...that's ok lol....but i love my black interior......and the controlls ont he steering wheel are all for cruise controll.......on and off on left......set, accell, decell on right

Weird, I think that's the first GT I've heard of from 2006 with the black dash and wheel. Was the premium version what gave it the aluminum looking dash/wheel/door handles? I'm just curious why every GT I've seen has the aluminum looking trim, whatever option...

Yeah, the only black stock shift **** I've seen is on the V6, unfortunately every place I look says the V6 **** won't fit on the GT, but the GT will fit on both. I just said screw it and bought a custom embedment ****...
Can't install the **** until I get my Tri-Ax installed though, blah that'll take place eventually...
Gonna go flat black my aluminum dash trim tomorrow, and install the steering wheel at the same time, hopefully I'll have pics up for you guys in the next couple days.

I dont like 500 or Bullitt steering wheels. The thumb pads or whatever they are look like they jammed an object under the leather and its just stretching it. [8D]

Man, just found a guy selling these on ebay for $280 each... bought one for my interior blackout project, getting rid of the faux aluminum look.
For some reason they started in the low $200's and now they're over $400 at almost every website I find?! Cheapest site I've found for either wheel is a place from Virginia called Performance Parts (rather bland name/site). They have the GT500 version for $358 at this link --->http://www.performancepartsinc.com/int_ext.htm
Basically, the only difference between the Bullitt and GT500 wheels is the GT500 wheels have red stitching as opposed to black stitching in the Bullitt's. Anyway, really just wanted an opinion from anybody about these, I think they're nicer than the faux-luminum laced steering wheels...
