Parking brake BROKE... I think...
 

So I was pulling up my parking brake and a loud POP. Then the damn thing was like a limp noodle. I don't have time to pull the console apart tonight. So I will just do it tomorrow.

Anyone else have this problem so I know what to look for.

possible one of the rear lines snapped. usually what I have seen on other cars.

Don't tear-up your console yet...
Look under the car first. Amost sure you popped a cable.

Yeah I have access to one. I'm in the Air Force and the base has a big auto hobby shop for us to use.

Seems like you have been lifting weights too much and the cable couldn't hold up to your strength.
