even if that was the case.. the brake should not have pushed my foot off the pedal..
but im going to eventually put the cervinis front bumper kit on but i dont have the money for that right now because to have it painted would cost just as much as the bumper itself.. and then i have to add on the price of the billet grills and fog lights

no.. like i said very minor damage im prolly making it seem like more then it is because its the first "Accident" ever and its really nothing i guess.. but i think i might wait it out unforunately with the scuff and buy the front bumper kit from cervinis which i planned on getting anyway

Post em! Just get a new bumper. The same thing happened to me except I was going 55mph and was cut off by a truck who slammed his brakes. I did the same and my brakes locked up and I gave his trailor hitch a love tap. There wasn't much damage but I wanted a new bumper anyway.
