well i got my c&l intake and sct tuner yesterday at a local shop. i was using the canned tuned and was pretty pleased. But after all i read with the custom canned tunes from brenspeed, B@Ma, and VMP and others, i had to try one and fast. with the help of Thumpermx113, i got a tune with Justin at VMP in 30 minutes! then i came into a problem loading the tune so i called SCT and they took over my computer and loadedthe tuneonto my flasher while i was on the phone. awesome customer service.

i put the tune in and first i noticed an increase in low end torque andincreased throttle response. then when i got to a highway i smashed it and my car felt like a totally different car. it was so sweet. i spun all of first and most of second while fishtailing, and chirped third, shifting slow. i couldn't stop smiling.

anyway, i was wondering if it was just my imagination so i loaded the canned tune again set it for stock intake and there was a huge difference. from a roll i couldn't break traction in 1st gear, i could get a decent chirp in 2nd, and 3rd just caught normally. How did i live like this before, i don't know. put back the awesome VMP tune and haven't stopped grining since.

i'm already thinking what to get next. probably pullies and i'll be done with performance for a while, because i have to save up for the BOSS legacy kit.

yeah, i wish i could see what their settings look like, i wanna know how much they change things. has anyone seen all the settings on like a dyno? is there a lot?

Yes, there are TONS of things to be changed. All of which takes a great deal of knowledge to know what does what, etc.
