It was a real Cobra. To Answer your question; it was stock FFRP exhaust. All FFRP exhaust is Borla with Fords name. Then you got to take into consideration you could hear his blower whinning. Then its 4 valve engine that sounds different than our 3 valve engines.

no, no it wouldn't.... because none of those sounds are actually coming from the car, so it would be a lot less expensive to make a V6 look like a GT500 with body panels....

If anyone had been paying attention you'd remember the TV show where they showed the stunt where the "GT500" busts out of the window into the street. It was a V-6!
The real GT500 was too heavy!
Plus it ran into a barrier in front of the store because it couldn't make that turn!

Where can I get one of these "digitally encoded" supercharger whines??? Is it less expensive than a real supercharger???

Wrecking these cars to make 5 million bucks in a movie is chump change. How many do you think they write off doing collision tests? Remember, they don't have $50K in the car like we would. Considerably less. It's all about money and nothing about emotions.

I'm kinda surprised this is even up for discussion. I really got a kick out of the exhaust too during the movie, but then they show him driving around in the other ford later in the movie(i dont remember if it was an expedition or what it was) and the freaking exhaust sounded exactly the same.
Very obviously, the exhaust sounds were added digitally.
