so im sure most of you have all seen i am legend and the beginning is your favorite part... i was wondering if that was the stock exhaust on the gt500, if not what is it? thanks in advance

they dont just give out many expensive cars for movies where they can get wrecked

that was a real one, that movie had to have been like sponserd by ford or something. he had the gt500 and a expedition. then the lady at the end was driving an escape. Also the coutless number of fordsyou keep seeing all through the movie parked on the streets

Uhmm, the GT500 was not a clone. No idea why anyone would think it was, or why Ford would go through the trouble to make a cloned car when they paid to have their cars put into the movie. I don't know of any circumstance where a car company cloned an expensive car for a movie? Though I imagine it happens when the movie studio is not being sponsored and has to get their own cars...

As for the exhaust, I'm sure it was stock but of course the sound is probably enhanced and/or artificial...

The GT500 was real. It was placed in the movie by Ford Global Brand Entertainment. Car companies are always eager to get their vehicles in movies to boost sales.
