Weird Story dealership says my mustang is not mine?

Weird Story dealership says my mustang is not mine?
i need some help
the dealership i got my 2005 mustang GT just called me almost 5 weeks into having the car and told me they cant find a lender . but they have a deal for me 3.4% intrest on a brand new 2007 . and they said the car is not mine and want to work out a deal with me ?
do i have anyright's are they allowed to do this . and a 2007 mustang sounds nice but i promise you it will most likly be a v6 . barebones. the one i have now is fully loaded. i dont know what to do . im going to the dealer in the morning . to see what going on .
i traded in my 2006 evo IX and gave them Cash $2000 i just dont know what to do from here.
any advice . thanks

so let me get this straight, you traded your evo, +$2000 and got the 05 GT and now they say it is not yours? Thats a little messed up...

Ask for your evo & $2000 back and see what they say, at least they aren't seting you up with 12% interest to make it happen. Maybe ask them to carry your loan since they can't follow through on the deal. I wouldn't settle for a V6 if you had a GT.

i traded in my evo, and handed $2000 of my own cash . for the baby i have in my parking lot now. but what i dont get is how the hell did i drive off with it and have it for 5 week's to get a call now saying the mustang is not mine . but they want to work out a deal ? something is not right .

how do they get away with it . i have a signed contract . and eveything. i dont know what to do . i guess watch some **** and sleep on it and go to the dealership tommrrow.
