This happened to me and they would do nothing. I went to 3 dealerships and nothing... No more warranty so now i'm stuck paying for it myself.

You would think they would warranty their paint for more than that, but it is no different to them paint or water pump. Once it's gone, it's gone.

I have it on mine, on the front lip of the center part of the Hood....
I'll try to take a Photo of it later, but everyone pretty much knows what it looks like.

The warranty booklet says 5 year warranty on corrosion - no mileage limit. The dealership should fix it. Print out the TSB and take it. That's what I plan to do.Mine is also under the front center lip of the hood (Satin Silver) - about 1/4 inch by 1/4 inch.
Anyone had successful repair from Ford? How long did it take? Thanks.
