Yeah......... Well, in case you missed the sig, I'm not exactly "too" close to stock.
I was able to get the 555's in 285/30/20 for $309 ea. I had the choice of 305/35/20 555R's for $299 ea, but after Moose's post of DR's in the rain, I didn't want to chance it. The car isn't a DD anyway, but still....

I'm voting for these. The construction is excellent and a very sticky compound.I bought a set for the summer wheels I'm getting with the tax return.

I've run Nitto 555's,KDWS,KDW 2's and Perelli's.I really think the Nitto 555's stick the best but all purpose daily driving the KDWS are priced right and run really good on wet roads.

I've got Nitto 555's (285/45/18)and a fairly stock GT (plus LCA's and LCA relo for better traction) and my car won't hook on the street very well at all.I am guessing they will perform much better at the track, but haven't had my car out yet to know for sure.

I had Nitto 555's in 255/45/18 and 295/45/18. They seemed to hold the road well, but I didn't particularly care for the smooth sidewall. It looked a little bare.
I now have Goodyear Eagle F1 Supercar in 255/45/18 all around. They look really good, but in sub-50F weather, they will break loose if you gun it in a corner.
The BFG KDW2's may have good traction....I don't know, but.....you've gotta have some standards in tread pattern on a sports/muscle car. What were they thinking when they came up with that hideous pattern??? [:'(] Sorry if you like it...JMO.
